Once you have filled in the sign up form, either homeowner or volunteer, you need to pay the membership fee. Once your payment has been received you will be given access to the resources in this section. Homeowners do not have to complete steps 3, 8, and 9.

PREPARE FOR PICK DAY
Homeowners: Please make sure any mobile hazards or obstacles are out of the way and make sure we have access to the picking area. Let us know if you want 1/3 of the fruit.
Volunteers: Set aside boxes to put fruit in and prepare any other material you may need for picking.
PICK SOME FRUIT
Go to the pick events that you have signed up for.
ATTEND AN ORIENTATION SESSION
Each volunteer must attend an orientation session. At orientation you will learn about pick safety, how to use our online resources, and how pick events are run. It is a great opportunity to meet other volunteers. Each volunteer receives an orientation package.
CONFIRM PICK EVENT
A few days before your pick contact the volunteers that have signed up and/or the homeowner. Make sure that the pick is still happening, that everyone knows where to go, and that someone is bringing the ladders/equipment.
After you have finished each pick make sure you fill out a pick log so that we can keep track of who, what, where, and when.
